Jorgensen's Cafe is a woman owned and operated, charming restaurant and cafe in the heart of downtown Waterville, Maine. It is conveniently located next to many shopping and entertainment options within the city. They serve customers between the hours of 7am and 4pm, Monday through Saturday and 8am through 3pm on Sundays, for breakfast and lunch.

Jorgensen's offers a variety of different breakfast and lunch eats including bagels, sandwiches, wraps and paninis. If you're looking for a little bit more, indulge in our combo meals of soup, salad, half-a-sandwich, or quiche.

The Carrabassett Coffee is plentiful with numerous different flavors. We keep it freshly brewed throughout the day to keep your cup filled. If you prefer espresso drinks, we have a full bar to satisfy your cravings, any time of the day.
